Our images are made using a scanner at very high resolution, exposing many minor flaws that are NOT visible to the human eye. On rare occasions, especially with pins that have gold and silver which may not scan well, I will use actual photographs.

Description: This Cross-U (Cross Utilization) pin was given out in Spring 2014 to Park Cast Members that worked and helped out during busy holiday seasons outside of their departments. The oval-shaped pin features Maleficent and Diablos silhouette, with Diablo perched upon Maleficents staff facing right. An ornate pattern frames this metal matte-finished pin. The back card of the pin displays: THANK YOU FOR YOUR WICKEDLY AWESOME GUEST SERVICE! SPRING 2014 CROSS-U The back cards shows a full moon with a silhouette of Sleeping Beautys castle and Maleficents Dragon form facing right. The signatures and names of various managers of the parks appear along the bottom of the card. The back of the pin has the Mickey head pattern with three boxes. The first box contains "Created Exclusively for Disney Cast Members", the second box contains the pin trading logo, and the final box is located at the bottom center that shows the copyright stamp, © Disney/China.

However, returns for issues other than shipping damage are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in the condition it was sent.
